The supervisors are called "postmasters" unfortunately the master part goes to there head more often than not.You have to get back in time to get the mail to the next truck.After a monday holiday you have 3 days of mail to sort and deliver.It can be very hot and very cold.The only way to get a rise is to change positions and then when you change positions, You get "re-hired" so that your start date is whenever you last changed position so that the postal service doesn't have to pay you retirement or benefits and can just pocket more money.

The training sucks, they are supposed to give you 3 days of on the job training but expect to be on your own your first or second day. The time limits are ridiculous especially when you're a new Cca and you're still learning the area. The job itself isn't hard but when you're new its going to take a while to get used to .they expect you to be fast your first week which is unrealistic and ridiculous. The threat of getting fired is nerve wrecking and very stressful.
