Not what it used to be

Pros

Hourly rate is ok but it isn't considered better than other jobs anymore. Nice working alone on the route.

Cons

Not the best training. Management doesn't have a good reputation and the union doesn't do much. You will tear up your vehicle if driving a POV and maintenance allowance doesn't seem to be enough when it's something major. They preach safety but don't really care. They're also very pro-liberal and push that down everyone's throats also.

Pros

Team members and leadership are friendly and helpful

Cons

Very long hours and a steep learning curve, be prepared to not finish your work until you've had 6-9 months of practice.
