Possibility to not getting payed over time when peak holiday comes around. part time and full time supervisors will get under your skin if you let it happen or have a short fuse and cant control your anger. make sure to check in with Human Resources about seniority date about signing a seniority bid list for going to drivers school if pursuing a further career becoming a full time driver. If not, then you might get skipped and will have to go to the union rep to ask to sing a grievance paper against the other coworker who had a seniority date underneath yours that went to a higher position before you.
