A hostile work environment brought on by senior management. Constant threats of discipline if tasks are not completed regardless of reasons. They preach safety first, but push boundries continually. The package always comes first. The employee second. Many times I have been told, heard others told, and as a Supervisor have been instructed to tell others, if you don't like it, you know where the door is.

Very bad management and employee relationship. They seem to hate each other most of the time. Labor intense job that doesn't allow much self improvement unless you move on to management. Also it is a unionized company, and with most unions you always attract really lazy people that shouldn't be there and are there just for a paycheck. Also, if you do doubles, or go full time, say good bye to your social or family life.
