Pros

- Very stable company - The salaries are very high for sales in general. - You get to work with alot of different companies and build great relationships.

Cons

- Compensation plan is too confusing and is a blatant rip-off - You are hurt by doing well. If you do well the plan will double and you will lose money the following year if you are ethical. - Winning accounts and new business make not effect your paycheck. - Company culture is trending downwards. Company is too worried about cutting corners and being cheap. - Too many reports and the reports change too often - Performance is too hard to measure and the metrics flat out suck - The CRM system (TEAMS) is a flat out joke - Work life balance around peak season is a mess - Upper management are clueless - Recent promotions aren't based on Work but based on knowledge of marketing material. - Turnover in big markets (NY, LA, Miami, etc) are high.

Pros

- Promotes from within thou not much hike - Promotes CSR activities. - Open door policy, many seek it (lot of problems faced by people which are not solved get escalated to higher management in skip meetings)

Cons

- You have to plan your sick leave one week in advance or even if you are sick and unplanned leave happens your Rating is down, happens same in compassionate leave. - No flexibility in taking breaks, you can't eat when you want it, and all teams have different break timings - No communication access and phones are less, you have to go to reach person and ask for your doubts. - No learning development though there is UPS University but management doesn't count your efforts learning them. - You can't get PL's in 1st year of service, only SL and comp off. - No migration for employees only supervisors go for migration, though work is done at last by employees. There are many. I am unable to list down all.
