Pros

Almost impossible to get fired. As long as you don't steal, you will work here forever. One of the last companies that will promote management that does not have a degree.

Cons

12-hour days for weeks on end. Forget about your family. The bonus is number that you are not, or anyone in the building, are directly able to impact. You will end up making less than the hourly people. Corporate has directly said they want females and minorities promoted. Physical assaults have not resulted in offender being fired. A large number of FT and PT supervisors are looking for new jobs.

Cons

Horrible pay. Working long hours, including overnights in December moving packages. Just another cog in the machine.
