Please avoid working here at all costs. The company will do anything they can to not pay you for your hard work. UPS has the most complicated sales compensation plan and has even CHANGED their compensation plan AFTER a quarter has ended in order to not pay their people for the company's 2020 growth. It's disgusting and foul to change the rules of the game after the game has ended. They constantly make up excuses and hold back people from advancing. Do yourself a favor and when you interview ask how "How is the compensation plan work?" If you can't understand it with 2 sentences max or can repeat it clearly to someone in max 2 sentences than it's over complicated for a reason; to make sure their people understand as little as possible and find any reason to not pay you. Also, your ability in other areas does not matter, whatever department you are in, good luck trying to get into a different one. They will give you endless hoops of saying you need to do this or that or meet these people here and it will get you nowhere. Nepotism gets people moving up far and quick here, ability and true talent usually leave. And if you do move up, the best part; they tell you what your pay is ONLY AFTER you accept the position. How does that work in any other company? It doesn't. They believe titles matter more than compensation and have one of the lowest base and commission structures in regards to sales.
