Pros

Great Pay and Benefits Work on your own without someone over your back Meeting new people(networking) Learn safe driving habits Don't have to pay for uniforms(except socks)

Cons

Very Labor intensive(sometimes lifting up to 150lbs) Some supervisors have poor people skills Hard to get a day off, even if you have sick/personal days UPS tracks almost every movement do while working(seatbelt, time at each stop, use of parking brake, etc)- this can be an issue if they have it out for you!

Pros

Great people, lovely new office, cleaners keep the place spotless.

Cons

They expect a lot of unpaid overtime from everybody. Apparently that's just what happens when you're an accountant. No thanks given. Management haven't a clue. Lots of nonsense rules. Large turnover of great staff. Hence why they're always advertising for new ones. No benefits.

Pros

Great workout and consistent work available

Cons

High pressure enviornment leads to high turnover. Managers see you as a "body" and not a person. Pay is $11 in some areas which isn't enough for how much the job takes a toll on your body. If you ever get injured, management will strongly discourage you from reporting it.
