Pros

1. Complete Empowerment from the Leadership their team. 2. Accepts and implements new idea from all associates. 3. We had 2 incidents where in Outsourced staff was in dire need of support..the entire UPL team stood strong with them and supported them during their emergency. Support was not only shared by individual but by also Management as whole.

"I wanted to share my interview experience with UPL, although I'm not a current employee and couldn't select the drop-down on Glassdoor. Initially, I received an email about a job vacancy. Based on the JD and level, I replied that I was seeking more senior-level opportunities. However, a day later, I received a call from the HR manager who mentioned they had multiple openings and said they could consider fitting me into a position regardless of title. I proceeded with the interview, which involved 2 HR BPs and 1 technical lead, lead was pleasant. I've been following up with the TA and HR even technical lead for feedback on the interview to understand if there's room for improvement or if I'm a good fit for the position or over qualified to the position and etc... However, I haven't received any feedback yet, leaving me unsure about the outcome. Recently, when I called the same HR manager, my number was blocked, and the TA specialist never picks up calls( 1 email to TA, and 2 calls to HR after 2 days of the interview ). This lack of communication and professionalism reflects poorly on the company culture. Employees deserve better treatment. Hopefully, things improve for those currently working there."
