      Flexibility Allowed by local Manager.

      Cons

      Lack of suitable guidance from region Manager. Very poor support of local IT and facilities management. Facilities could be improved and site capabilities should be developed and invested. Lack of leadership and clear guidance. Project deadlines unrealistic, and region manager doesn't push for them to be adjusted, putting staff over pressure unnecessary.

      There are no pros of working here. You will be demotivated and disrespected and if you take stand for yourself they will hot you hard again.

      1. People treat other people very badly 2. There are no defined timeframe for anything. Everything depends on manager mood and it's the case with most of the manager here 3. No professionalism 4. You don't get any respect unless you are at a good position 5. No reward or recognition
