Pros

Great corporate culture: speed, flexibility, can-do attitude, enterpreneurial spirit. The organization is run like a private sector entity in terms of efficiency but has solid system of values in place. Terrific opportunity for talented yound people to quickly rise through the ranks.

Cons

Some people find it a bit boring to live in Copenhagen, especially those without families. Occasional complaints about weather and darkness in winter. :)

Pros

Results focussed; variety of work; tangible results; great culture; great management; pseudo business model; invests in your professional development. An agency driven by the head but also with the heart.

Cons

Not politically influential, nor a big-name UN agency (in fact - it gains revenue by performing work for others and they take the majority of the publicity and the credit). Not an agency that publicly advocates for any particular issue (compared with UNICEF, UNHCR).
