Diversity- there are colleagues of different nationalities coming with a very diverse experience working in different countries before. This really helps you to learn from their valuable experience. A lot of opportunities for learning and career growth internally. The organization significantly invests in staff development. Very comfortable working space and environment in general.

A lot of business processes which at times might delay the work.
