Great team around you, work is very fulfilling. Great learning experience and meet interesting people. Program work on site is interesting and exciting, seeing the work you do contribute to change.

Cons

Sometimes takes a long time to get things through the bureaucratic process, however this is something everyone has to deal with at some point.
