The people are incredibly intelligent, International, and most are easy to work with. The work is policy oriented and usually thinking intensive.

Non profit organisation which offers 30days annual leave to its FTA staff. Opportunity to work with people from a variety of culture and different lifestyle. Good team work and knowledge sharing exist here.

Cons

Work evolves too much of transaction processing. Lack of communication from top management to staff on the strategic direction of the finance hub. Lack of fair learning opportunity given to all staff.
