Pros

Health benefits, 3 tier fee structure, great hours (albeit non-flexible since it is a class)

Cons

none really, except that some grading has to do outside of the "hours" estimated. On certain weeks, the hourly wage is about minimum wage because of extra grading.

Pros

It has been the best experience, people really care about your professional development and want to see you succeed.

Cons

I have really enjoyed my time and cannot think of anything negative to say. Everything is great!

Pros

Great benefits, work environment and job security. Being a researcher at a place like UCLA (with the best grants, PIs and facilities) really makes you feel that you are making a difference. Not only in the progression of scientific research, but in patient outcomes as well.

Cons

Can be overly bureaucratic at times. Especially with facilities and HR
