Pros

It’s a large enterprise with relative little pressure to evolve. For all the talks of innovation or change, there is not a lot of movement.

Cons

It’s a large enterprise with relative little pressure to evolve. If you are seeking opportunities to learn or hone leading edge practices, it may not be the best place to be.

Pros

*Great benefits *Great chance for advancement

Cons

*Incompetent Human resources. They allowed my unethical boss to keep her job while she was stealing money and harassing, bullying, and name calling me. I reported the issue many times and they were more worried about a lawsuit than they were about the integrity of our university and my safety. UCLA is a great place to work, but they need to do a better job protecting their entry level employees from bosses who pose a threat to their safety and are a liability.
