Pros

UCLA takes care of their staff. They will host events with free lunch, free ice cream, and other great events and perks for their staff. The benefits are great, you get full benefits and it also covers your dependents.

Cons

You have to pay for your parking, which is very expensive. When classes are in session the campus gets crowded and it might take you long to get food from the restaurants on campus.

Pros

A wonderful place to work and you get lots of exercise walking across campus.

Cons

Parking can get expensive, about $80/month. Many departments don't have much money and depend on grants.
