      Pros

      As a salesperson, the support is outstanding; commission paid from the first dollar; I'm given autonomy by my manager to go after business in my territory without being micromanaged.

      None - the organization offers everything I was promised.

      Wonderful team, flexible, supportive, fantastic benefits, tons of opportunities for professional development

      Cons

      Workload will often have you burning the midnight oil (without overtime) but the benefits way outweigh the occasional late nights!
