Pros

Might be good for a hard up student. they will hire a sophomore who doesn't even hold a degree but they won't hire anyone who has a degree from a first world country that isn't America or Canada.

Cons

They will not hire anyone who has a degree from outside America or Canada, even when that degree has been assessed by recognized agencies By the way the degree was from England, where English originated!!!. Also my daughter who is a student at Northwestern and on the Dean's list FAILED at her English and Calculus test. The technology is very faulty.

Pros

Pays noticeably better than minimum wage, Offers the opportunity to help kids learn and be more confident

Cons

Some students are not easy to work with, and the angry kid that is mad at homework leaves then can review your performance. It evens out, but that is pretty rough since these reviews are used to determine bonuses.

OK as far as flexibility, not OK as far as pay

Pros

flexible schedule. The nice part about this company is that you can make your own schedule or simply "float" online when you want.

Cons

Pay is far too low for services performed. Although scheduling is flexible, it is impossible to make your own schedule becuse seniority of scheduling is given to those who have been with the company longer.
