Pros

Make your own hours. Reliable paycheck.

Cons

When are a part-time employee they prevent you from working more than 3 hours a day or scheduling 2 hours a day. Since they removed the Cap (for non-employees) all the hours disappear within about one second when the scheduling opens up. Some students want you to just do their homework. If you make them do a little bit of it, they give you a bad rating and then you lose a bonus. While they support voice for tutoring, most students don't choose it and you must do an inordinate amount of typing to get your point across. This is very stressful.
