Pros

Getting to work with students and inspire them was amazing. I got to witness so many moments of understanding and feeling like I really helped. The system was easy enough to use too

Cons

Most subjects give you time to work on a single problem, but nothing else. If a student has multiple problems, you can only focus on one and then end the session. There is minimal support for dealing with difficult students too: I had a student repeatedly start and end sessions for half an hour and was told this was an inappropriate reason to place a flag on that student's account. I never had a chance to compare notes or strategies with other tutors and felt very alone in the role.
