Pros

Work from home, user friendly software, room for growth. My mentors have been great!

Cons

Student ratings can be unfair at times and you cannot have them removed. Also, you can decline sessions and they will keep coming up, so you have to decline them again and it goes against your acceptance rate.

Good Place to Work

Pros

Since it's an online job, you get to work on your own time. There is also room to move up in the company and increase your hourly pay. Pay is overall good, and there is good support from upper management.

Cons

Summer is slow since most kids are out of school, so there isn't a lot of work or hours to schedule. I can't blame that on the company though.
