Pros

1) I love the freedom to choose your own schedule to work. I had full-time job and do this as a part time job. 2) I love that the service has High-quality standards. They encourage you to teach the students how to solve their questions NOT giving answers. 3) I love that the mentors (More experienced tutors) are always helping you to get better. 4) I love the training and provided materials with engaging techniques those are useful not only for online tutoring but for any teaching job.

Cons

1) You must work as "floating tutor" most of the times. The system works like this: ----- "Scheduling tutor" - This is when you schedule some hours per day, the good thing is that you get paid for those scheduled time (very poorly by the way). BAD THING you are able to schedule, let's say up to 50 or more hours per week, BUT when they open the agenda all tutors in the system are scheduling too so you can barely schedule 5 or 6 hours per week and ONLY if you're lucky you'll get the hours that you want. -----"Floating tutor" is is when you are logged in BUT not getting paid. If you work about 45 h per week, It is almost sure that you'll work at least 30 h as floating tutor. 2) Some policies contradict. They "allow" sessions with maximum time and "unlimited time" sessions BUT they strongly recommend you (Sometimes more than a simple recommendation) to give sessions in 27 minutes or less. 3) Sometimes the mentors don't give you a fair evaluation due to the policie (see point 2). 4) Sometimes students rate you low because they only want you to do their homework.
