--Expectations are reasonable. Teach well and it's not hard to reach targets. --Hours aren't hard to come by--a little bit more challenging over summer --Pay raises are achievable

Cons

--Pay is a quite bit lower than freelance tutoring, may not be worth the tradeoff of finding and managing students for all tutors.
