- Mentors actively engage with tutors on a regular basis. - Feedback and support helplines are monitored often. - Employee parts of website are comprehensive and allow user to look at payroll information, training, reviews, etc. intuitively. - Minimal learning curve to start using the Classroom app

Cons

- Can be difficult for tutors to claim hours on on-demand schedule - on Saturday afternoon, 56 hours open on the schedule, but usually all opportunities are long gone by then
