Hours are flexible. 24 hour service, so you can work from anywhere in the world, and you only need to work 5 hours a week.

Cons

How they wanted tutors to tutor and how I have tutored is different. Some of the requirements that are asked for is different then the way I would have done things, but nothing crazy. Overall, it was a great experience

- Hard to schedule tutoring hours. If you're fine with working odd times this isn't an issue, but its still hard to schedule hours consistently
