Work from home. Flexible schedule. Ability to cancel up to 24 hrs per month and miss up to 19.99% of of scheduled hours per month without consequence.

Cons

Ever changing rules. Sometimes unkind students leave unjustified poor reviews and that makes bonuses almost impossible. Gets repetitive after a while. Low pay compared to every where else. No compete clause means you aren’t supposed to have similar work while working here even though the pay is low and sometimes difficult to get hours. Advancement is at the mercy of the mentor. A bad mentor makes this job almost unbearable.

There were a couple of times when I tried to follow company policies during a tutoring session, but was later told I should have done something differently by my mentor.
