Very flexible Easy to keep (5 hours/week minimum)

Cons

Pay isn't great. There is a bit too much micromanagement/reviews, but I usually just ignore them. Promotion track is very ambiguous and not clearly documented. So, take this job for some good part time side money but don't expect much in the way of compensation or career opportunities, and you'll be happy.
