Pros

Lots of amazing projects. You get to work with some of the best people in the construction industry. Lots of opportunities all around the country and the world if you want to move.

Cons

A little bit too much brown-nosing to supervisors to get the promotions. As a younger employee, there is much room for growth, but you get caught up and so busy that you miss any of these opportunities.
