- Great People - Amazing Training Courses - Great Benefits - Amazing Pay - Overall One of the Best in the Industry I just started working for Turner in June and I can honestly say that I love everything about it here. Call me naïve since I am only a month so in but I would love to climb the corporate ladder with Turner and retire.

Pros

Turner is a great company to work for. You will be surrounded by some fantastic coworkers whether on a project or in the office. If you are new to the industry it is a great place to learn and develop your skills. The pay is great and the benefits are top class. Turner is one of the best in the industry and what they do.

Cons

There is not always a clear direction on roles and expectations. A lot of the work is trial by fire. It takes some time to get to know all the policies and procedures in place.
