      Awesome company legacy despite Business Unit differentiations

      Pros

      Great benefits, awesome people hired! Vision insurance is phenomenal, vacay days are about 12 and 10 additional sick days. Lots of employee groups to be a part of and great holiday parties.

      Cons

      Business units differentiate drastically. Dallas BU has become political due to their struggle of not winning projects in the city (projects won tend to be out of state i.e Oklahoma, Arkansas) Growth is dependent on your close relationships with management and not competence. Not mental health friendly, toxic workspace dependent on manager and can be discriminatory towards disabilities and origin in the case of assignments.

      Pros

      They have a lot of work always going on. They are willing to give you more if you are eager to learn. They conduct annual reviews. Many peers within to go to when needing advice and or direction. Training is available when asked.

      Cons

      Long hours. The immediate manager conducts reviews, so when not paired with someone well, this shows on review documentation. (Personality Conflicts) Hard to be promoted at times because of this. Management was closer to their field employees, more involved than they are now. Large disconnect. To much HR and not enough resolution between employees.
