      Project management is tougher then general construction side of Turner.

      Pros

      The construction management group within Turner is finally getting the recognized. The on-line training has improved over the last 5 years since I have been at Turner.

      Cons

      The work at LAUSD is the bread and butter account, but you get trapped. It is difficult for the Senior Management to provide protection and support for the client's unprofessional way of conducting business.

      the best part of turner is getting to put TCCO on your resume when you leave

      Cons

      the worst part about turner are the long hours, somewhat incompetent upper managment and high job turnover, so once you get good and setteled at a job, they up and move you, or someone who you are working with! :( i would say that it is great for entry level for the experience but middle managment always gets better pay elsewhere

      Pros

      Good projects in a lot of different locations. They get jobs that other companies cant because of there size. If you want security of a company and not looking to be challenged fast this is you place. If you like to be in charge of the door knobs on a large job work here.

      Cons

      You are just a number and can get lost. Not challenged and not utilized at first. Must "do your time" before you can be considered for a better job. It is hard to stay motivated at work with out the opportunities to show your stuff and do more.
