      Turner has a dynamic environment with clear and varied career paths and does work to improve work/life balance.

      Pros

      clear but diversified career path, work/life balance philosophy is great as long as the manager is bought in, employee evaluations are thorough and it's nice to have a chance to talk to your supervisor to get feedback for improvement and to have discussions about where you want to go with your career and how to get there, there is usually good team spirit

      Cons

      long hours, there could be improvements in communications, it can be tough to get training in because of the work load

      Gaining valuable practice and in-field experience along with their Benefits package.

      Cons

      Expectations in working long hours, lack of staffing support, recognition is insignificant. They could care less about balancing work with family. You spend more time on corporate reporting than you do actually constructing buildings.
