-Looks great on a resume -Projects you are proud to be a part of -Projects you are proud to say your company built -Can transfer anywhere nationally and internationally -Starting pay is good

Cons

-Promotions are tough to get -Be prepared to work lawyers hours without the pay -Learn to love paperwork -Review process is very detached -HR people don't seem to be held to any performance Matrix
