      Pros

      Some of the best talent around. The best benefits around, interesting projects. Can be a great opportunity for a young person just getting out of college, be prepared to be thrown to the wolves

      Cons

      Like any big company, you can get lost in the shuffle. Keep your head on straight and go to work everyday. You will get burnt out, there is no work - family balance at crunch time. For a young person to move ahead you (TURNER EMPLOYEES) need to help them understand the various trades, their jobs and sequence of schedule. You have to groom them, not keep secrets from them. They are trying but they could do better.
