      Great company to work for, despite being a large company you have a direct line of communication to your local management team if you desire.

      Cons

      Depending on position, you may have long hours and tremendous stress, for no additional compensation.

      Pros

      Turner has a great culture! They are very transparent in ever façade of the company. Turner prepares you and has great training.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the job, your job site may never be in one spot for long. Some job sites may require you to work longer than 40 hour work weeks without overtime. This can be a regular occurrence even when being paid based on a 40 our work week.
