Great working environment, really helpful co-workets, mentorship program, valuable on job training. More importantly, I was able to connect with people who had years of experience in the field.

Happy to spend entire career with, Strong family oriented culture, vast opportunity for individual growth and advancement

Cons

Same challenges and demands of any company within the construction industry- demanding responsibilities but I wouldn't have any other way. When you work in a high performing best in class company, you always want to do more. Much of that pressure is self-induced, managers expect you to manage your workload appropriately.
