Large corporation, good benefits, attractive pay. Great career opportunities for those that lack talent. It's difficult to get fired.

Cons

Toxic work environment, terrible managers, no diversity in leadership, constantly disrespected and gas lighted, ethics were strongly enforced, but optional for certain individuals.
