Pros
Enjoy working here and the people I work with. Projects have plenty of support and there are numerous training and career building opportunities. Great projects to work on to build up the resume. Pay is fair but not great. Total benefit package is solid - no car allowance, gas card, profit sharing, stock bonuses, etc. until you are high level in company.
Cons
Corporate gets lost in the weeds in some of the more progressive agendas. Upper management at local office seems to not care for employees and does little to retain good workers. Many people leaving the company at this office but there’s been no attempt to boost salaries/bonuses/retirement matching to keep others around. Pay in this area is behind the rest of the country as well.
