Pros
Good pay, good people, good benefits. There is always something interesting happening. Work is challenging and rewarding.
Cons
There are very few cons to working for Turner. The only major downside is the nature of construction work and how there are so many different companies working on the same job. This makes it hard to work as a team instead of every person for himself.
