      Pros

      Good people to work with, a lot of great people to learn from, plenty of opportunity too grow in such a large corporation.

      Cons

      It seemed as if, unless you had a a good relationship with upper management, you were a no one, a lot of dishonesty and lack of transparancy as well.

      Interesting wide range of projects, with varying job sets and titles.

      Cons

      Culture lacks true connection to its mid level staff. Seasoned management behaves as if the company actually builds projects yet subcontracts nearly every scope of a project. Management will ask about your willingness to relocate or change positions, and if you say no, you are forced into a corner with no advancement or meaningful work. The term “Turner family” insults what an actual family is; don’t expect support from your past management team or coworkers, unless you offer quid-pro-quo.

      Company lets you jump around to different positions and trails well

      Cons

      Top heavy. Culture is not aligned with what they say it is. Turner is still very much a 10-12 hour a day type of job. When you join Turner they will tell you that they are all about work life balance etc, but when you actually jump on a project it is very different.
