Pros

Students were tough, but the ones that were awesome were really awesome. My coworkers were really supportive and I enjoyed trading ideas with them.

Cons

Management was sparse as well as support. It was pretty much everyone for themselves, although they were pioneering a new evaluation rubric in my last year.

steady employment, they give good technology

Cons

Unfair pay, though it really isn't in their control they have to abide by the state budget that is also unfair and puts us as the worst paid teachers in the nation
