So much awesome professional development. Great colleagues and involved administration Bigger issues in education than district itself can solve. OK needs to value education

Pay is awful especially for the amount of hours put in regularly. All employees treated the same whether one goes above and beyond and the other does nothing

Pros

Working for TPS did have some Pros. The teachers there are great and most schools are like a family. The teachers do care about their students and want to see them succeed.

Cons

The cons for working for TPS is the try new programs ALL the time. They don't give the programs enough time to work before they switch to something else. When they do this, it is constantly changing the methods they want to see. Too much change. Also, support from Admin can be hard. Lots of student issues and nothing gets resolved because they want them back in the class.
