Pretty much none. You have holidays off, but you’ll most likely be sick 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve worked here for 5 years and haven’t enjoyed a single holiday not sick yet

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, under appreciated. The systems terrible. The kids are terrible. Unrealistic expectations placed on teachers and students. 0 support. I would live under a bridge before I would work here again.

Decent benefits for just you, not your family. Union protection and security. The rare moment when you reach a kid and see them grow smarter.

Cons

Admin and upper ups are too scared of lawsuits to tell parents the truth: You are not a good parent. Privacy and anonymity hamstring you at every turn and underfunding is rampant.
