You will have a different DM or Branch Manager every 6-9 Months they get fired , seems like every time they go to the restroom they change polices and procedures

Cons

No work life balance. Terrible executive management. You are on an island cast out by yourself. Policy means nothing if customer is screaming, management will never back you up.
