The whole company is one big joke. Like the other reviews say, the orientation is really great and the trainers make you feel educated and like the opportunity in the company is tremendous. They make you feel like you are a valuable asset as an employee and that you will be heard with a direct line to upper corporate management. THIS IS FALSE! Once you get started you realize that you are scum to the corporate drones and when things start to spiral out of control among employees they will send out the corporate cheer leaders to rally everyone back together but that only works so many times before the disillusionment has settled in permanently. My branch personally has been a nightmare, with managers dropping like flies, leaving the chaotic environment and disorganization in a worse state than before. They have no hiring savvy whatsoever, hiring people who are unsuitable for their position, be it physically or mentally. I've been commended by my fellow termite technicians, my previous lead training technician and district technician who oversees the termite techs across central florida, as being the top technician in my district and I have seen zero reward. I've gotten one raise in four years and have been promised for months that I would receive another raise only to be disappointed paycheck after paycheck. I'm done trying to feel valued in this company and my only response is to put that same value back into my daily work, Which makes me think this company would be horrible to hire (which I would say it is) because happy employees are a rarity here and who wants an unhappy tech servicing their house? The only thing that's rewarded in this company are high sales and pulling the wool over customers eyes in order to keep their business/sell them services that won't suit their needs in order to get that bottom line $$$$! So if you're an extremely talented salesman who has no soul this would be a good fit for you but beware, the sales team I've known has even had paychecks/commissions lowered and fought against corporate greed. So the grass may not necessarily be greener there either. In conclusion, this could've turned into a novel but the point is this company is the worst and any good reviews on here are a shock to me.
