The only pro is for managers truly nolen doesn't care about the employees who make all the luxuries that branch managers, all the way up get.

Cons

Poor pay, no bonuses other then for management and above unless you call bribery to get salesman to sell for a gift card but who really reaps the cash, THE MANAGEMENT. If you are even thinking of applying think twice it will be a big mistake

Close to home, have multiple locations, good hours. Few Saturday/weekend work. Great teamwork. Everyone tries to help others. Fun.

Cons

Constant management changes, from high up in corporate to down low in office. Inconsistent in path planning. Start one way, stop, change course, stop, cancel that, stop, change course (different direction), get rid of that manager, stop, change course, repeat.
