Pros

Great place to work if your outgoing and your focus is customer service and would like a fun place to work.

Cons

They focus too much on scoring you via call reviews and only based on one quality assurance person to take care of more then 100 employees. They also dont take into account that emergency situations happen when they only let you know what your schedule is 3 weeks in advance and you provide them advanced notice that there are certain days that will make it difficult to work on.
