Great on boarding, co-workers are positive, excellent benefits, positive work atmosphere.

Cons

TN speaks of career development, but no action behind it. They are doing it just to check the boxes. They don't recognize talent that one brings, previous work history, education, just wants you to conform to what they want you to do.
