Pros

The admin team and south Florida service manager are rockstars. They truly hold to every single one of Mr Nolen’s tenants and set great examples. Comprehensive service plans. I feel confident that my offering (on paper) is the best solution for any homeowner looking for comprehensive pest control.

Cons

Not the place for a sales professional with any experience working with a modern company, unless you want to be immediately teleported into the 1900s and need the ability to break rules at will. The shotty systems and reactive mindset allow for free-for-alls in every way. The Sales mindset, coaching, sales leadership, sales processes, procedures, office polices,tools, and software are severely behind the times and competition. If you are thinking about dipping your toes into this industry in the south Florida region, this honestly should be your last choice unless you can't find work elsewhere. Please do your research. You will quickly find that this company is also behind in compensation, benefits, commission structure, and antiquated office policies compared to the local market. Interview with the competition and ask about the length of tenure for the current sales room compared to what you find here. This should speak volumes.
